What Do You Know About Advanced Probiotics?

The body has a combination of good and bad bacteria that balances in a normal condition. But when you are infected, the harmful bacteria increases more than the good ones, thereby causing an imbalance in your system. The good bacteria eradicate the extra bad ones to return the balance.

Probiotics are supplements or foods containing live bacteria/yeast that naturally live in your body.

Probiotics supplements or advanced probiotics increase the good bacteria (normal microbial flora), balance the bacterial activities in the body, and prevent you from falling sick.

What Are Advanced Probiotics?

Advanced probiotic is a combination of good active microorganisms that comes as supplements (liquid, powder, pills or capsules) to combat bad bacteria and maintain a healthy balance in the body.

Your body houses trillions of microorganisms (microbiome), a combination of bacteria, protozoans, fungi, and viruses. And each microbiome differs with every individual.

Most people often think of bacteria as the bad guys that mess with our health and send us often to the hospital.

We have two types of bacteria found in and on our bodies- the good and bad bacteria.

Advanced probiotics contains trillions of good bacteria (like bifidobacterium and lactobacillus) and yeast (saccharomyces boulardii) that keep your body in good condition. When you have excess bad bacteria in your body, advanced probiotics is a safer way to fight off the harmful bacteria and maintain a balance of microflora (microbes) activities.

While maintaining balance in your health, probiotics also provide relief from irritable bowel syndrome, colitis, diarrhea, constipation, indigestion, and nausea.

Other symptoms probiotics relieve are sour stomach, inflammatory bowel disease, leaky gut syndrome, gas, acid reflux and other symptoms that especially relate to the digestive system.

Probiotic microbes have specific characteristics that separate them from harmful microorganisms.

  • Probiotics do not interfere with the normal function of the human body.
  • They survive in the intestine after being eaten.
  • They benefit your body in various ways.
  • They are safe to consume.

Some probiotic supplements combine with prebiotics. These prebiotics are complex carbohydrates that serve as a food source for the microorganisms (good bacteria) in your intestine. Prebiotics such as resistant starches, inulin, and pectin maintain good bacteria.

Dietary supplements containing a combination of a probiotic and prebiotic is Symbiotic.

Uses of Advanced Probiotic

Certain conditions like travel or antibiotic can alter the normal balance of yeast/bacteria. Probiotics are found in food substances (like soy beverages, juices, milk, and yogurt) and dietary supplements (capsules, tablets, powders).

Advanced Probiotic supplements are used for various purposes to keep the body’s health in check.

  1. Advanced Probiotic helps to restore a healthy balance of the microorganisms in your intestine, which enhances digestion.
  2. It boosts your body’s immune system by promoting normal flora activities.
  3. Advanced probiotic is used to treat bowel conditions like irritable bowel, diarrhea, and lactose intolerance.
  4. Regular intake of advanced probiotics can also combat internal and external infections like eczema, vaginal yeast infections, and urinary tract infection.

How to use Advanced Probiotic

Ensure to check the label for directions on the use of your advanced probiotic product. It should tell you if you are to swallow, chew, sprinkle the drug substance on foods or mix the supplement with a liquid.

Antibiotics may likely interfere with the active function of your supplement. And so, you should take your probiotic drug at least two to three hours before or after consuming your antibiotics.

However, you should carefully follow the instructions on your product label. You can also contact your pharmacist/doctor for guidance, especially if you have a medical condition or experience any severe side effects.
